Programs

Madison Heights-Lamphere Center offers undergraduate lower division courses and coursework leading to the Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree.


Labor School Noncredit Program
The Wayne State Labor School Noncredit Certificate Program will be offered at the Lamphere Center in Madison Heights beginning fall 2006. The certificate program is designed to bring people together who share a common concern for the future of their workplace and their union. There are no entrance requirements or grades. In addition, Labor School graduates wishing to continue their education are eligible for admission to Wayne State University.

Classes are scheduled 6:30-9:00 p.m. beginning Sept. 28, 2006.

  • Labor Perspectives is scheduled Sept. 28 - Oct. 19
  • History of American Social Movements is scheduled Oct. 26 to Dec. 14
